Payment

Please remember that payment must be made by credit card or through Paypal directly after your order has been placed. Orders do not ship until payment has been received, and will be cancelled if payment is not received within 48 hours.

Shipping

All orders are shipped 2-Day Priority Mail via USPS to the shipping address you provide in checkout. Please be sure that this address is correct.

Orders are generally shipped within 1-2 business days. Please feel free to contact me at hello@chynni.com for current shipping times if you need a rush delivery. All domestic orders include tracking information.

Chynni is not responsible for products damaged or lost in the mail. Arrangements for additional insurance, signature confirmation, or expedited shipping may be made for an additional fee - please email me at hello@chynni.com with the details of your request and I'd be happy to work it out with you!

Returns & Exchanges

It is very important to me that you are completely happy with your Chynni purchase. If you feel the product you have received is not what you were expecting, I am happy to issue an exchange or store credit (shipping costs to be paid by the buyer) within 14 days of the date your order was delivered. The returned products must be unworn and in a resalable condition (tags in place.)
